
Discovery has baked a significant deal with Channel 4 to acquire a catalogue of Jamie Oliver titles and other lifestyle programming for Food Network, its free-to-air lifestyle and entertainment channel.
The deal includes thirteen new titles and the relicense of eight previously acquired titles.
New to Food Network’s programming slate are Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food, Jamie’s Money Saving Meals, Jamie’s Super Food, Jamie Cooks Summer and Christmas specials Jamie’s Festive Feast, Jamie’s Ultimate Christmas, Nigella Christmas Special, River Cottage Christmas Special, Jamie’s Christmas Eve, Jamie’s Family Christmas and Jamie’s Italian Christmas.
Relicensed titles include Jamie Does, Jamie’s American Road Trip, Jamie’s Comfort Food, Jamie’s Great Escape, Jamie’s Ministry of Food, Jamie & Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast and Jamie’s Cracking Christmas.

Discovery took control of Food Network in 2018, with the channel growing its audience share by +10% in the second half of the year *. Jamie Oliver ranks as one of the most popular talent on the channel, alongside US favourites Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives’ Guy Fieri and Pioneer Woman’s Ree Drummond.
